Do you send notification that we are close to the limit so we can upgrade?

    Hello

    if we start on the free Jotform package, can we upgarde without any interruption to the service. 

    Would you contact us to let us know we are close to the limit so we can upgrade

    Yes you can start with free plan. You can also upgrade & downgrade your account anytime you want.

    Please note that when you reach your submission limit, we send a warning email with date time when your account will be downgraded. You need to upgrade your account within that time frame.
