Unfortunately, when you see that error it means that the file is not properly uploaded or it is corrupted somehow.

And it will require that the end user re-uploads the file.

    We're sorry for this inconvenience.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi,
All 400++ submission forms are not loading.
Some of it was working before but now, it was a 404 error.
    Can you check it again?
    Thanks.

Can you please share one of the file download URL which is showing 404 Not found error?

It seems you have a sub user account and have access to shared form. Please note that user "ApartofMelb" has privacy setting enabled as "Require log-in to view uploaded files.". Please check the screenshot below:

You need to be logged in to account before you view the uploaded files.

    Hi,
That is correct, I am aware that the administrator of the "ApartofMelb" has privacy setting enables for required log-in.
It is the same reason why my team created an different account to log in so we can check the attachment.
Please see below example of error upon opening the attachment:

Basically, all 400++ attachment cannot be opened, how is that possible?
It was working before and suddenly that error is keep on appearing.
Thanks for your assistance on this.

    Hello MJ,

The meaning there for Require login to view uploaded files means that the person must login to that specific account of the owner of the form in order for the attachment can be viewed.

So by creating a different username in order to access the files submitted to the account ApartofMelb, is a misunderstanding of the use of the setting. What you need to do is to login to ApartofMelb in order to view the files.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
Is there anyway we can download the attachment without being dependent on the account holder, aside from, he has to change the settings?
    Is there any options available?
    Thanks.

Unfortunately no. Master account user needs to disable privacy setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files." to allow user to download files without login.

    Hi,
I have discussed this to the master account holder, regarding the setting, but some information are sensitive so the setting won't be changed.
The only folder that we need to access is the one shown below.
Since we are given our own account user and password, can we open the templates attached on this folder or else, it is a non-sense to have our own username but unable to check documents.
Is there anway you can configure that? or if we have other options?
    Thanks,
    MJ

Unfortunately it is not possible to view uploaded files if you are not logged in to source account where the privacy setting of "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is enabled. There are only two possible solutions:

#1. You login to account "ApartofMelb" and then you will be able to view uploaded files.

#2. Disable privacy setting of "Require log-in to view uploaded files."
