Hi good day from Saudi Arabia. We are using your site for our operation in our restaurant for 3 days now, but we noticed that when our restoration starts to use the jotform that we provided them with a link to be used after operation most of the stores are having difficulty in sending the form. Usually it failed to send that is why we have to use our traditional way of making order. Please enlighten us with this problem. We have a good internet connection but still most store failed to send. We are scheduled for subscription this first day or week of October. Hope for your reply with this matter before we subscribe coz we need more eform.

Can you please provide us more details about what you mean by difficulty in sending the form? Did you mean they are not able to access the form with the form link? Or the users of your form can't able to submit the form successfully? If possible, please give us a screenshot image of the issue in this forum so that we can further investigate.
