We're on the silver plan. The applicant received an acknowledgement email which shows the JotForm branding including "Now create your own JotForm, It's free!" and "Create a JotForm". Can we remove them and hide the email address of "norely@jotform.com"?

Hello
You can change the "Now create your own JotForm, It's free!" and "Create a JotForm" link from your Notification or Autoresponder email template.
From Settings->Emails->Notification
Click on the Edit icon and you will see your notification email template.
Using this toolbar on your email template you can change whatever you needed.
For avoiding noreply@jotform.com, you may use your own email address as the sender using your own SMTP.

You can always customize the Email Notification and Autoresponder Email Template on your form in order to remove the JotForm branding in Email alerts.

Regarding your other question about how to remove and hide the email address noreply@jotform.com in the email alert, you can do this by changing the default sender email address noreply@jotform.com to custom email address you prefer in the Email Settings. Please refer to this guide: How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert.
