Can you tell me what the differences are between the two and why I should be using www. instead of form. ?

Forms using http://form.jotformeu urls are distributed via a content delivery network (CDN) which may encounter stale cache (as it may serve an outdated copy of the form) while those at the http://www.jotformeu urls are distributed in the traditional manner.

    Thanks for your time

I would say that for speed reasons Content Delivery Network (CDN) is better, because they can optimize the speed with which the content is delivered to every user, with CDN there are copies of your forms in dispersed servers and when a request occur the closest server to that particular user determinate dynamically the minimum number of nodes between the server and the user, the result is a faster interconnection between server and client.

I would recommend you to use http://form.jotformeu

If you have any doubt about this please do not hesitate in contact us

    Have a good day

Now I'm very confused - in this ticket I was told the complete opposite by Aytekin: http://www.jotform.com/answers/124786-Jotform-slow?k=2b1ee1814677988d7d202f4cb3e28f4f

So which is true? ...or does it depend on how I am showing the form on my website?

If you can make this post private I can give you the URL so you can look at the setup and tell me which is corrrect for our setup???

    Hello again NTHS,

In general http://form.jotformeu is better for speed reasons, but it doesn’t mean that applies in every case, sometimes you can experiment some problems; it can depend of many factors.

I would be happy to take a look to your website and try to help you, but this weekend I don’t have administration permissions so I cannot make the post private or access to some parts of the website. However I will contact immediately the other members of the support team and I will find someone to take a look of it and help you.

    Thanks again for choose JotForm

    Happy weekend!!!

Now I’m locked out of this ticket… username NTHS… can’t login via the forum pages because it just puts me in a login-loop

This is the second ticket in 2 days that has this problem.
Can you please just give me an email address for support?

    Thanks

    @NHTS

In addition to Daniel, we still recommend using "form" domains as it runs on CDN. Generally speaking CDN is a performance booster and is really a good option but in your case you may try "www" as it may help your form to perform normally. Hopefully as mentioned by Aytekin, they'd be able to track down the issue with form.jotformeu domain and fix it as soon as possible.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused.
