Having problem using calculation. Need help! thanks!

I'm creating a simple form that needs some calculation. What I want to do is this:

I have 5 multiple choice widgets that have a set of choices which has their own values. What I want is to compute the total value of all 5 widgets based on the selected choices if that makes sense. 

can anybody help me?

I did check your form and found that you have added calculation values of 2000 for each options. You have also added "Form Calculation" widget to calculate the sum of all selected options. Have you solved this problem already?
