Customers are unable to send multiple submissions.

    Hi! 

    I just started birthday club.

    How can I add the multiple submissions of birth dates  to the form?

    I did multiply but it didn't work.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that users are unable to submit multiple forms?

    I did check your form and found that you have enabled "Unique Submissions" to "Check cookies only". That is the reason why users are unable to submit form more than once from same browser. I would suggest you to please select "No Check" in "Unique Submissions" and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
