was machen wir bei nachstehendem Formular falsch, da keine E-Mails zugestellt werden?

The reason of this can have many reasons.
Firstly,please make sure that there is a recipient email address in your form notification and that this is the email address you want the submissions to go to. This guide "Finding out E-mail Address used for submission" will give you a quick walkthrough.
Check to see if your email is on the bounce list. Here's a guide on how to check and remove email in the bounce list.
Finally,please check your e-mail that if the email is in your spam/junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "Not Spam" so that it will not be flagged as spam in the future.

I checked email logs on your account and the emails failed to be sent to your email address.
You can also check the email logs on your account:
I saw that you are using your own email address as the sender email. Most likely you have not set your SMTP credentials correct and because of that the emails failed to be sent.
Please double check your SMTP credentials:
You can also use our email address firstname.lastname@example.org as the Sender Email of your email Notification.
