Users cannot receive autoresponder emails

    Two questions:

    1) We are a school using Jotform for parents to order school lunches. Parents occasionally say they do not get the email autoresponder with attached .pdf. Any ideas why the autoresponder would be intermittent?

    2) Is there a relatively simple way for users to view their responses online after they have submitted the form -- other than the email/attached .pdf?

    I have tested your form and I received autoresponse email with the pdf attachment. I also checked your email history and both the notification and autoresponse emails seem to be sent to the recipients without any fail. 

    The reason why the parents cannot receive the autoresponse emails sometimes might be that the emails end up in Spam/Junk box and fail to be noticed. You can let them know about this and also remind to mark these emails Not Spam so they will be able to receive autoresponse emails in the future.
