    I accidentally deleted all my forms! Is there a way to restore them?

    Yes, you should be able to recover the deleted form so long as it is not yet purged.

    Just click on Trash on the left panel of your My Forms page and it should show you all the deleted forms. Select the form and then click the Restore button.
