(sorry, for double post - the question was posted too fast in my previous one)
If a person will fill in a form, he will receive a respons answer by e-mail. This answer can be personalized as "Dear <name>... and with free text and fields as I want. And a respons answer can also be sent at the same time to different e-mail adresses.
But will it be possible the layout of both respons anwers will be different? The first one will be sent to the customer and must be more 'official', the other one is a 'technical' one and will be handled in our own company so the order of the fields and free text will be in a technical way. Is this possible?
Thanks for your answer.

Certainly. Just create a new email. Click on "New Email" button on the "Email Alerts" to create a new email with a different email body.

Thanks, but if you'll do this, the customer will receive 2 different mails at the same time. That's not the idea ;-)
Idea will be customer A (mail address A) will receive respons mail A
and at the same time our internal department (mail address B) will receive respons mail B
Respons mail A and B are both based on the same subscription fields of ONE customer, but mails will be in another layout and with other free text. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

I found it !
I used an hidden field and in conditions I made two rules (checking status hidden field), one for each e-mail address. Works great !
