I removed a radio button field but it is still there

After I removed a radio button field on my form and then published it, the radio button field is still there. How can I permanently remove that field?

It is the field labeled "Knowledge and Use of References ..." 

I decided it was more appropriate to use the Input Table.

I was able to replicate the issue when I opened your form. However, this field is not showing on the cloned form.

I cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers. I checked the form again and I can see that the issue is now resolved.
