Password Reset not working

    I went to log-in to JotForm this morning and it told me my password was wrong.  It's a stored password so I know it's correct but I click the "forgot password" button and i've done it twice now and it hasn't sent a thing to my email associated with the account.  I've checked for errors and there are none.  I have important information I need to access on my account.  Please help!

    The email address you provided only shows a guest account. So you must be using another email address for your account. 

    That would explain why you aren't receiving your change password emails.

    Please search for it and get back to us.
