Can I have the data from a submitted form create a new form?

We'd like to have the information collected in one form to create another form so we can create a budget for projects. For instance, a staff member has a new project they fill out a form around the scope of the project. That form then populates a new form where other staff members can go in and say how many hours each element will take them. This new form would get sent to another person who can take all the hours and put them into a budget. Make sense? Is this possible?

As I can understand, you basically need to pass the data from one form to another one, if so, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

You may also create a single form and split it so every person fills each part of the form, you can also send the form to a different recipient so each one fills his part. Please check this guide that will provide you a bit more  about this workflow: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

    I hope this helps.
