Want Grid Listing only for submissions with open status

I built a project request form.  I have hidden fields at the bottom to designate the status of the project.  I edit the submission to update those hidden fields; for posting online.

Is there a way to omit the status 'Closed' for a Grid Listing report.  If not, what are my options?  I've tried a Visual Report, but I need more entries to be visible.

Yes, I could create an Excel report, but that means more manual updates.

You may still try the visual report with added grid element. You can increase the size of the grid and also increase the number of the displayed entries.

It should be also possible to display the entries based on a filter, please see the next guide.
