When I go to check an age verification submission an error page comes up saying the page may have moved? I have tried clearing my cache, deleting my forms from the settings page etc...
I will include both a screenshot and URL for the message.

You have no forms in your account. So you therefore have no submission data. And its not possible for me to find a solution.
What I suggest is that you create another form and if the problem persists get straight back to us and we will investigate for you.

I have checked the image URL provided and see that it is associated to a different account centralvapors and it seems that you are a sub-account user. Generally, this issue occurs when the files are not uploaded correctly or the option 'Login required to view the uploaded files' is enabled in the parent account settings.
We request you to check with the form owner who shared the forms if this option is enabled and if they are able to download the files from their login without any issue.
If the option is not enabled or they are also not able to access the files, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
