What is a billing "term" length?

Hi, we generally only need to upgrade our account for one month each year so I need to make sure to cancel prior to the next billing.  If I purchased the Bronze plan on 9/20, would I need to cancel before 10/20 or does the billing cycle renew at the end of the month or how does that work please?

I see that you upgraded your account just now. The end of the current billing cycle for monthly plans is always one month after the account is upgraded. In your case, it will be on October 20, 2017. You can cancel your subscription anytime between your current cycle's start date and end date. By doing so, your subscription will be scheduled to downgrade at the end of the current cycle. This means that your subscription will still continue, but will not renew after.

Please check this guide and use it as a reference — How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account

Aside from canceling your account subscription on your end, you may also send us a request here in the support forum so we can help you. We can set your subscription to cancel at the end of your current cycle automatically as requested.
