What email address does JotForm send me a completed form from?

Hi couple quick questions:

1. What email address does jotform send me a completed form from? I seem to have misplaced a client's info gathered from my one an only facebook info form

2. Do you store that info online also?

What email address does JotForm send me a completed form from? I seem to have misplaced a client's info gathered from my one only facebook info form.

I believe you are referring to the Sender Email of the notification. The default Sender Emails are noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.
