Double submissions and ID address issue

    Dear JotForm team,
     
    We experience problems with double submissions in multiple occasions. The submissions are identical, a couple of seconds apart, and reportedly not double clicks or anything. 
    (see attached photo, double submissions marked with red))
     
    We initially had "strict check" with IP address but we received complaints that the "multiple submissions are not allowed" when our students completed the form for the first time and we had to disable this. Since then many of our submissions are double :(
     
    Could you please provide some advice what could cause this? 
     
    All our workshops have limited available places and the double submissions are kind of a big issue sine we have to manually check and adjust the available places.
