Translating form from English to Spanish

How can we translate/convert our forms in Spanish? I saw under the settings there's a way to do it however when I select Spanish for the language the form remains in English. Can you provide specific steps?

Thank you for the guide. I had already done all of these steps prior to submitting my question. It did not translate my form to Spanish. It's still in English. Here's form link so you can see for yourself. Let me know if there's anything that can be done to translate this form quickly.

I can confirm it is working. The title translation correctly changes when you select "Spanish" from the language option (top right).

You will need to provide translations for all your fields:

I'm not getting how this works. The sample you provided is from the translation I put in there after using an online app to translate the title. Is this how translation works for Jotforms? If so,this will require a lot of time consuming work googling translations for each field. If it's supposed to automatically translate each field once the language is selected it's not doing that on my end.

When I go to my form and select 'Espanol" for the language nothing converts to Spanish. It remains blank in all fields.

Yes, this is how the multilingual options work. You will need to input your translations for your fields. The fields that need to be translated are listed on the setup.
