I have checked your account and your form contains the email address daniel.b*****tein@av**.com which was not in into our bounce list
Please add our Jotmails IP ADDRESSES to your email whitelist (or ask your email service provider to do it for you)
Let us know if the issue gets resolved after this suggestion

According to our logs the messages are being sent. I would also recommend you to add the following addresses via "Postini Approve Senders" feature to see if that makes any difference.
email.amazonses.comNote that we use Amazon SES sending method for email@example.com sender.
