Is there a way to make it responsive. I'm copying the complete source code into my Wordpress theme (see link below) but the width means it heads off the page and is not responsive (as a number of our customers will view this on an ipad or mobile device.

To make your form responsive you will have to add Mobile responsive widget to your form.

How to Add a Widget to your Form?

After that open the Advanced Designer, select the Form Layout tab, Enable form columns option and save the changes. Then Disable form columns option and save the changes again.

This should make the form responsive.
