Image Radio Buttons Not Working

I cannot figure out how to display images using a URL from google drive.  I have made several attempts.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the image you have from google drive. Due to some securities, the shareable URL of your image in google drive is not properly displayed on the form. You will need to upload your images to any image hosting sites such as https://imgur.com/, http://tinypic.com/, etc.
