Suspended Account

    Hi there,

    I saw that as I tried to log in to my jotform account, it said my account is suspended. It may have to do with the fact that we have a social security number on our form, but we are willing to remove that piece from our forms. 

    I cannot remove that section from my form because it wont let me log into my account. Is there a way I can get access back or you guys can delete that question for me and regain my access to my account?

    Hello, I reactivated your account and removed the SSN field from your form that was against our terms of use. 

    Please be aware of using sensitive form data which may cause your account to be suspended again.
