Time and date discrepancy

My client is entering a time and date into the time and date field on a form, but the confirmation after she submits is changing the date to the day before. How can we fix this (I filled out the form myself to confirm and it is doing the same thing to me) 

I can't seem to find the form with time and date field ? However, have you tried using a different time and date widget? such as this one.

I also tested the basic "Date Field" element and enabled time as well, and it works fine.
