Populate one form from another?

I tried looking for an answer to my question but didn't find one.

    This is my situation.

I have a pre-approval form that asks basic questions.
I haven't looked into it yet but I imagine you have branching logic so I can send
those who do and do not qualify to separate paths?

Those who successfully pre-qualify I'd like to direct to the full application form.
This form has more fields but many of them are the same questions asked on
    the pre approval form.
Can I have those fields from the first form populate in the second form?
    Thanks

Yes, that is totally doable. You have to create a prepopulate URL that will populate the second form with the data that you need from the first form. Here is how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

When you create a URL for populating the second form, you have to place that URL as a Thank you page of the first form. Now, since you have two states, one is for those who successfully pre-qualify you could use conditions to change the Thank you page: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition

Otherwise, those that don't pre-qualify will see the regular Thank you page.

If you need any assistance please let us know.

    Thank you!

Additionally, this guide might be more helpful: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form since all above information is in one place (guide).

    Thank you!
