What is the procedure for form decryption?

    Please advise on procedure to upload encryption key once on-line encrypted application is received.  I am having difficulty with this process.  Thanks!

    Here is how it should work:

    When you click the encrypted submission it will provide you with upload field to upload decryption key. The same will happen on the submissions page.
