Why is my email in a bounce list? Is it your list or someone else's? What could have caused it and how do I avoid it happening again?

This is our bounce list. Unfortunately, we cannot check the bounce reason message once the email is removed from the list.
The email address is usually added to the bounce list when we receive a rejection from the recipient's provider (e.g. email address does not exist, email address is out of space).
