Emails aren't being sent...

Emails aren't showing up when a form is submitted.  The entries are appearing in Google Sheets.  I saw in a recently answered question that there were some email issues "earlier today" but it implied that they were resolved... that might not be the case?

I checked the account email history, and made sure they weren't in the spam folder too.
