Delayed and/or missing email notifications

    I am having an issue with form submissions not always coming through.  I've had to force through few by using the "Edit Form" option, which did work on a couple, but I have one sitting in my submissions in Jotform but it has not come through to my email.  I've tried to do the edit form option as well but it still has not come through.

    I've checked the junk/spam folder as well and it is still not there.  What could be causing this and how to we fix it?

    We have had some issues regarding delayed emails recently and our developers are looking in to it.  I will forward your request along to them so they can follow up as soon as the issue has been addressed.  The emails should be coming through but delayed.  We will let you know as soon as we have any update.

    Email traffic has been redirected to our new server. You will receive incoming emails normally by now.

    However, emails that were already sent are in the processing queue and will be sent in 6 hours. Our team is also trying to speed up the process.
