I received a pop up when I logged in stating my email was in your bounced list. I am still currently using that email as my work email everyday (firstname.lastname@example.org). Is it possible for you to update your records and take that email address out of your bounced list. I'm not sure why that would have happened. Please advise. Thanks so much!

The email address is not on our bounce list. I checked your email logs and I can see that emails are being sent properly. Here's a screenshot:

"Remove" my email from your bounced list. My apologies. I've been sick in

Yes, you can use that tool to remove the email address landed on our bounce list. You can also check your account email history logs to see if your email is on our bounce list by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
