Regrettably, I just looked and the information on the number of subaccounts permitted under each plan is no longer readily available on the pricing page of Jotform's website. Why should this be kept secret from someone who is trying to make an informed decision about which account type to choose?

I am not sure why the number of Sub-user accounts is not shown on the pricing page. I will report this issue to our developers.
You can check the number of Sub-user accounts for each plan on the billing page of your account.
