What is your SPF framework?

    Some emails are blocked because of the violation in SPF settings. Please advise the correct SPF details for our account: thepractice.com.au

    If I understood you correctly, you need the list of JotForm mail server domains.

    Here are the list of JotForm mail server domains:

    Hey BJoanna, many thanks for your response.
    My IT guy has asked: “please ask them the specifics about SPF record. Tell them that their messages are getting rejected because of failure of spf record check.”
    Any light you can shed on this would be much appreciated – we rely on JotForm for our prospect enquiry notifications and periodically they all get blocked, so we are trying to work out how to prevent this. Let me know what other technical details you need from us.

    Are you using SMTP for sending your Notifiers or our noreply@jotform.com?

    Since if it is the SMTP then the SPF records are set on the email domain you used. Who is the email provider you're using if any?

    Since it could happen that our email domain is blocked.
