Can I upgrade a free account to educational account?

Hi,

I have been happy to use JotForm free account, but now it would be reasonable to upgrade.

As I am working at University, I wonder if there is a way to copy my pre-existing data and forms to new account eligible for educational pricing, or alternatively, is there a way to directly upgrade to educational pricing?

With regards to transferring your forms and its data to your other account, we will be glad to help you with that. Just let us know the following details:

1. Forms that need to be transferred

2. Username of the recipient account

Please note that when a form is transferred, custom URL that still has the old username will no longer work. Updating the custom URL with the new username should, however, fix the issue. — How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form
