Still just trying to get out of the gate with basic testing.

Attached, see my embed. Any ideas why it looks so not like a form?

By the way, the attached ... you can see a few form fields. But if I click for page 2 or click around, it's gets less satisfying.

    Thx.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. May we know which form are you referring to and which website did you try to embed the form, please? Also, can you give us more details of the issue you are having or can you tell us what is it that's showing on the form that you are not expecting? Is the issue related to the other thread you just opened? — https://www.jotform.com/answers/1254617

We will wait for your response.

Thanks, Mike. Yes, same form and related.

As stated, I'm just testing basics: http://agonyofdafeet.com/test-form

I just want to see the little bit of the form i am creating work.

Right now, parts appear to be getting cut off and while my paypal form is in sandbox mode, I would expect to see this in the form, too.

    Form is: LMT Trademark License.

    Thx.

Aha! OK. I'll switch back. Just thought it would make me current. Should have remembered this change may have impacted. Basic troubleshooting! Good job. I'll get back if any issues.

    THANKS!
