    We accidentally selected the incorrect subscription plan. Could you please assist me in fixing this?

    This is the second time I am asking for assistance regarding this.

    Your support thread has been already replied by one of my colleagues. Please check the link: I want a monthly subscription instead of yearly

    Your account seems to be in Free plan currently. Besides, your payment has been already refunded either. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
