Login failed - SUSPENDED

    Good Evening,

    I am receiving the error message Login failed - SUSPENDED when I try and access my account. Can you assist at all?

    Hello,

    I have checked your account and found out one of your forms named "Add Bank Account to Xero" is asking customer's Credit Card Information, which is against our Terms of use.

    If you want us to remove the Credit Card information from your form and reactivate your account, please let us know.
