    I have checked your account. I have seen that you have a Bronze plan paying via Stripe and we have received your last payment on Sept 17, 2017.

    I have cancelled your subscription and refunded your money back partially. So, your account is in the Free status, currently.

    Still, you are able to login to your account. If you want us to delete your account, we can do it after your request.
