Hello,
Can I have multiple logins for the same account? For instance, I want to use JotForm for my team to complete field interviews with residents, but I want to track who was logged in and when, and who submitted the responses.
Is that possible?
Thanks,
Julia

I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you mean you want your team to work on creating forms? If so you have a couple of options here:
1. Share forms with a sub user
How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User
2. Use form collaboration

If what you mean is that you would like to create a form to track your team (who is logged in and who submitted) then that is a different question.
I have created a short demo of this for you:

You can clone this and modify a copy as you like:

JotForm is works well for creating an interview. But not really great at tracking your team members.
In this form I used the "Time Tracker" widget to tell you how long it took to answer the interview. This widget is not visible to users of the form. It appears only on the submission page (and notification/autoresponder emails). Just search for it on the widgets tab. And then drag and drop it onto your form.
So on your submission page, you will see when they started, and how long it took for them to complete the interview, and the name of the team member was working on the interview.
Here's a guide for you about accessing your submission data
