User autofill on multiple forms.

Can users save their field entries (name,phone,email) with an auto-fill so they don't have to type them every time they fill in the same form (but for a different date)?

There is no built in feature to recognize the user and automatically fill in the part of the form for them.  You can, however, provide them with a link the form with data pre-filled:

As long as they use their specific URL, it will populate the data form them.

There are also many browser addons that will automatically fill forms.
