I am trying to create an order form for a salesperson in which they include the ordering information (type and quantity or items ordered) for a number of customers, and which tallis all the information at the end: total items ordered per customer, total $ amount per customer, total number of each item ordered, and total $ amount from all orders combined.
This is for a school based fundraiser (similar to a Girl Scout order form). There doesn't seem to be an existing template to do this, allowing for multiple customers and subtotals and totals.
I have created a google spreadsheet form, but I did not see a function for importing such a form (keeping design, cell-protection, cell formulas, etc. intact).
Is this type of spreadsheet order form something that Jotform can handle? As a bonus, we would like to be able to export the cumulative data so that we can collate order information school-wide.
I have included a jpg of the paper order form as well as a link to the google spreadsheet.
Thank you for your help.
(I thought I posted a version of this question earlier, but I didn't see it show up the forum, so am posting again. If this ends up being a duplicate, my apologies and please delete.)
