    Dear Jotform Support,

The form that I have created is pretty long (it has 3 main sections as you can see) and I have embedded it in my FB brand page.

One issue that I am facing with it is that after users hit the 'Submit' button, the thank you message is located at the top of the screen (i.e. they have to manually scroll up to see the mesage). As such, the screen they are looking at is blank; some users either think that their connection is faulty or there was an error in submitting the forms.

How do I go about this to make sure that users see the 'Thank You' message after they fill up the form?

    Appreciate the feedback

    Kenneth

    Hi,

Can you please provide us with the link to your facebook page where the form is embeded. Then, we will try to do our best in order to investigate and solve the problem. Thank you for cooperation.

    Hi,

    It's located at www.facebook.com/keescreampuffs

You will have to like the page first. After that, click on the tab expand button (the arrow beside the 'Like' Tab), the name of the tab is 'Test Tab - Do not Click'. Please take note that it is not the 'Place your order' Tab.

    Thanks

The easiest and most reliable solution to this is to create a Thank You page that looks the same as all the other pages in your site.

Hope you find this useful. Thank you.
