None of the Stripe information coming through to use on our encrypted form

    We use stripe to collect our customer's credit card information but none of the information is coming through to use on our encrypted forms or in the submission archives of PDFs. 

    How can we fix this issue??

    Do you mean to say that the Stripe payment information is not being displayed in the form submissions? Please be noted that the credit card information will not be stored anywhere but with the payment gateway after encrypted and only last 4 digits of the credit card information can be viewed from the Stripe dashboard. Since the form is encrypted, the submission data can be accessed only after supplying the private key when prompted. Also, please note that generating PDF or Excel reports are not supported for the encrypted forms at this moment.     Thank you for your answer Kiran. Does that mean there is no way for a client to submit their credit card information to me securely for future charges?

    Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    Since you are using Stripe payment, you may consider enabling Authorization only option in the payment wizard so that you may charge the user later from the Stripe dashboard. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.
