Deleting just one part (not entire submission).

I am trying to delete JUST a clinic visit note on a student's health form submission. How do I do that?

You can edit your submissions, remove the note from the field and re-submit the form. You will have to do this manually for each submission. 

How to Edit Submissions Made on Your Forms

If you do not need mentioned field anymore on your form, you can also the field in the Form Builder and that will delete all data from of the field on the submission page of the form.

Also, please note that we can not send you a reply to the email address you provided. Reply's on the forum will be sent to the email address you used to post the question (the email address of your account).
