Photo is not showing up with the rest of the form in the submission list.

I tested your form https://www.jotform.us/form/70326160761147 on my laptop and the Take Photo widget is working properly.

Do you have an issue with some other form? Please provide us more details about your issue.

If the form is embedded and the widget is not working there, provide us the webpage URL so that we can test the form there.

Yes, the widget is working properly, it will take the photo.  I then upload the photo, it appears on the form, we complete the form, but when I go to the submissions list (as shown on the bottom of the screen shot) the photo is not there, only the file name.

The form submitted prior to the one in question shows the gown photo with corresponding record.

This is my problem!  Thanks for your help...

I was not able to replicate mentioned issue when I tested your form. The images that I uploaded are shown on the submission page of your form.

I checked your other submissions and I saw that only one of them does not have the images. Maybe it was temporarily issue with that specific submission. You can ask the user to submit the form again.

Do you have some other submissions on which the uploaded images are not shown?

Do you know on which device and browser were used for that submissions?

Also, is your form embedded? If so, provide us the webpage URL.

i noticed that a prior submission had 2 photos with it, and initially BOTH photos were correctly uploaded and shown on the submissions page.  Now, with this issue, it prompted me to review other forms submitted previously, and only ONE of the 2 photos is on that form?

We use an iPad to take the photos and the info for the form. Our present browser is Google Chrome.  Form is not embedded.

I cloned your form and tested several times, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the images were showing. I tested on iPhone by the way.

Were you able to replicate this issue?

Also, I must agree with my colleague, it could happen that the submitter took the image but he/she didn't click the upload button, therefore, the image wasn't uploaded to the form. And those fields are not required so the form could be submitted without them.

Let us know if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
