E-Mail Notifications not being received

    THis person did not receive the e-mail as the system indicates. I have confirmed this via his account. Can you assist?

    I checked our email logs and that email does look to have been sent.  We are having some issues with email being delayed up to 6 hours.  The emails you referenced should have been sent by this point.  Check the spam/junkmail folder for that account in case the email was filtered there.

    Thanks, David. I did check his spam, and did not find it. It is critical that these go through immediately. Do you know the progress towards fixing the delay?

    According to our developers, the queues should be back to normal.  If it still has not sent, you can try forwarding it manually from the submission page:
