Yes, you first need to change the email address of your account, setting the address of the new owner will help him to change the password later on. The change can be done on the profile section of my account page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile
Since your account is on paid status I would also recommend you to update the current payment information, this can be done on the billing section of my account page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
Click on the "Change Credit Card" button to enter the new payment info.
