I have been building dance competition registration forms using jotform for the past three years. Suddenly my forms are running very slowly.
The forms allow for 1 to 3 registrants. When you change the "Number of Dancers" there are many fields that are shown or hidden dependent on that number. It used to update instantly. It now takes 5-10 seconds. This will confuse users who might keep clicking on the "number of dancers". When the form catches up to the clicking it will most likely be wrong.
Here are three examples of forms that have slowed down. Just try changing "Number of dancers" from 1 to 2.

I checked your forms and I was able to replicate this issue. But I wasn't able to find the cause of this issue so I will forward it to our backend team for further checking.
We'll inform you further through this thread.
Thank you!

I have to get this form out Monday morning so I started from scratch.
This new form has the same functionality and same number of fields, conditions and calculations. It runs okay. When I change the "number of dancers" from 1 to 2 it refreshes instantly. I can't think of what the difference would be?

I'd like to clone other forms from last season so it would be nice to have this issue resolved, please.
Thanks,
Ramona

Apologies for the inconveniences this caused to you.
I have been testing this issue and I can replicate it even when disabling conditions. However, I could get the form working when I turned off the "Continue Forms Later" feature, it can be turned off on the settings section of your form:
I would recommend you to do the same, in the meantime it should work, we will also let you know as soon as we receive any updates about it.

I tried what you suggested and it fixed the problem.
Thanks,
