Yes, it is possible. If you would like to change the username of your account, please let us know so we can do it for you. We just need you to provide us at least 3 usernames in the order of your priority so that if the first one isn't already available we can try the other two.
Also, please note that when your account username is changed, any custom URL of your form(s) that you are currently using and still has the old username will no longer work. Updating the custom URL with the new username should, however, fix the issue. — How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form
