Hi it is in response to the earlier ticket, not answered satisfactorily, the question is why some of my forms are having more than 30 submissions where it should restrict at 30. The tech replied that he cant find the counter, so i am adding the screenshots of the conditional and explaining what the conditionals should do. Here is the conditional what it is doing in reaching 30 it is showing the waiting list option and if you scroll down to the form the "submit" button will not be displayed, only option to click the waiting list page and fill up the info.

    please check this form, https://form.jotform.ca/firstaidhero/bsit-banting-middle

it has 32 submissions, how that is possible?

moreover we want to make sure this part is working properly.

I have checked the previous thread you opened regarding this concern and we would like to apologize for any confusion. We have what we call the Submission Counter widget and I believe it is what my colleague is referring to that is present in your form.

I will further investigate the issue based on the information recently provided and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your patience.

Upon testing your form from a clone version, I was able to reproduce the issue you are having. However, I believe it is caused by how the Unique ID widget really behaves. The widget remains empty and will only have a value when the form is submitted. Also, the value it produces depends on the value of the Unique ID of the submission prior. This is the reason why the condition you set in your form was never be met until the widget's setting is changed from the form builder which will update the widget's current index as well.

May I suggest you use the Submission Counter widget instead to hide the submit button and limit the number of submissions in your form? You can also set the same condition you made for the Unique ID widget in your form.

The Submission Counter widget has the value equal to the total number of submissions in your form. And if the total submission of your form is equal to 30 or not less than 30, the submit button will be hidden as the condition in the screenshot above states.

Please feel free to let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
